"Meine Arbeit ist geprägt von Hintertürchenspionage und Klischeekannibalismus. Mich reizt es Gedankenblasen zu bauen, um dann mit konstruierten Stecknadeln darin herumzustochern. So ergibt sich für mich eine Möglichkeit, die subjektive Sichtweise peripher zu entfärben. Diese Art von Bedeutungsjonglage taucht in meiner Arbeit immer wieder als wesentlicher Teil auf."

"Due to my different journeys to Asia and Europe I try to visualize the habitats of human beings in a globalized world. Urban spaces are used like transperencies of societies sensitivities which are filled with klischees, prejudices and learned roles. My protagonists are feeling strange, isolated, destroyed and lost in this standardised world."
